Bi-Annual Meeting

Mar 31, 2012 Every two years, the District is required to hold a District Meeting for the purpose of selecting three individuals to recommend to Supreme to be District Master.

In addition, a three man audit committee will be elected.

It is also an opportunity to discuss the strengths and weaknesses of the District and is the appropriate venue to put forward any resolutions to the Supreme Assembly for their consideration.

The District Bi-Annual Meeting will take place March 31 and St. Edwards in Richmond, starting at 9AM.

Assemblies need to elect Delegates to this meeting. Each Assembly is entitled to one delegate, plus one delegate for each hundred members or majority fraction there of (51 or over).
